Ludica is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3) Optional AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled)

- User control: you choose whether to upload or submit content for processing.
- Our servers: submitted images or text are processed on Ludica Team servers (not by third-party AI providers).
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your submitted AI-processing content with any third party.
- No training/marketing: we do not use submitted AI-processing content to train advertising systems or for marketing.
- Prompt deletion: after processing is completed, submitted content is deleted promptly, except where you explicitly choose to save the output.
4) Face Data, Biometrics, and Sensitive Uses
- Ludica does not perform facial recognition and does not build biometric profiles.
- We do not use photos for identity verification or biometrics.
- If any feature involves detecting coffee-related objects or structuring notes from images, it is not used for identifying people.
- Temporary processing for one-time generation (if you choose to use it) is designed to delete source inputs promptly after completion.
5) How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only to the minimum extent necessary:
- With your consent: when you direct us to share or export.
- Service providers: trusted vendors processing data on our behalf under contractual protections.
- Legal and safety: as required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: as part of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with appropriate safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

- Usage/analytics: typically retained up to 12 months.
- Support content: typically retained up to 6 months, unless needed longer to resolve ongoing issues.
